Steel Band Classes
Steel pans were invented in Trinidad and Tobago in the 1940’s, making them the only acoustic instrument invented in the 20th Century! We will learn a variety of music, from the traditional socas and calypsos of Trinidad, to today’s pop music. Weekly classes will be followed by a performance at the end of the session.
